Blends Series	Blends Softener	Light yellowish Transparent Sticky Liquid	Weak Cationic/ Nonionic	6.0 ~ 7.0	100%	1. Long-chain linear structure, good wrapped property on fabric surface, good permeability. 2. Fabric after treatment will have good performance, washable, fastness, smooth, soft, elasticity. It can improve tearing strength of fabric. 3. Apply to acrylic fibers, cotton, silk, dacron(terylene), the fluffy effect is better. 4. It is one green and environmental-friendly agent, without APEO/NPEO. Meet environmental standard. 5. As soften finishing agent, it special apply for white/light brightened fabric, it could keep light color fabric from yellowing.	1. This series products could be used for all kinds of fibers. 2. In dyeing factory, it can be used as after-treatment agent, apply for cotton, silk, fur, dacron, acrylic blends and other Synthetic fiber/fabric 3. In washing plant, it can be used as soft finishing agent, apply for jeans, washer wrinkle fabric and sweaters. 4. In knitting mill, it can be used for softening process before it is finalized.

How to use

It can be used for soft finishing agents for cotton, wool, linen, silk and other textile, and also should be emulsified before using. The concentration is depending on fabrics and finishing techniques requirements. Generally it is about 0.3 to 1 % ( solid content ) can be added.

Note
It will be surface crust or crosslinking when it expose outside a long time, it has a a tendency to change viscosity or crosslinked when it mixed with acid or alkali. It is unsuitable for processing white or light-colored fabric, the fabric is easy to change to yellow due to high temperatures.

Packaging & Storage
1. Silicone emulsion should airtight and stored in clean polyethylene plastic buckets or plastic-lined metal pail, shall not be in contact with acid, alkali.
2. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature to 4 ~ 35 ºC, not too high or too low.
3. 200kg drum, 50kg, 100kg plastic barrels package, according to non-toxic and non-dangerous goods to transport them.
4. Expiry: one year, more than a year, after re-inspection qualified goods can still be used.
